Sue Habley came across Tammy Locke's site when she was digging for RL information and kindly passed it on to me.  Tammy played Amy Monroe on The Monroes, which ran on ABC from 1966-67.  RL guest-starred in an episode called "Manhunt".  I emailed her and asked her about working with him.  She was gracious enough to reply, and here's what she had to say:

My wonderful memories of Mr. Lansing are that.  He was a kind, loving and gracious man.  My favorite times were when he would sit me on his lap and tell me these little short stories followed up by a loving hug.  My parents Earl and Lola loved him too.  He always had a kind word or two.
