The Deadly Triangle was a made-for-TV
movie that aired on NBC on May 19, 1977. It was actually intended to be the pilot of an action series called Stedman,
and was going to focus on the fictional character of Bill Stedman, a former Olympic skiing champion who became the sheriff
of Sun Valley, Idaho. However, the series was not picked up, and another attempt was made to sell the show
to NBC the following year with a follow-up movie called Crisis in Sun Valley. Along with Stedman, it featured some
of the other characters that were in the first movie, but it too was unsuccessful and the series never got off the
ground.
In The Deadly Triangle, Sheriff Stedman investigates
the murder of a member of a skiing team that is training at the resort. RL played Charles Cole, the coach of the ski
team, and Diana Muldaur played his wife Edith.
This movie has not been released on VHS or DVD, but I do have a copy of it in

Eastwood films, is the father of actress Juliet Lewis.
--Diana Muldaur has been a regular on Dr. Kildare, L.A. Law,
and Star Trek: The Next Generation.
